The principles that guide our work
Practical first
We favour steps a team can carry out this quarter over strategies that stay on the shelf.
Open about quality
We explain what a carbon asset is, how it was verified and what risks remain before anyone commits funds.
Built for the region
Our advice reflects local rules, markets and supply chains, not a single global template.
Connecting corporate ambition with on-the-ground reality
Southeast Asia contains the world's highest concentration of tropical peatland and mangrove carbon sinks, alongside rapidly expanding industrial economies. Without local regulatory depth, genuine community partnership, and rigorous scientific accounting, climate finance fails to achieve permanence.
AION exists to make the regional climate transition measurable, fundable, and lasting.
